I was thinking of getting people to have some meetings, some "conferences" and stuff ... despite the frightening n00b HELP in php-help :D , do you know if they're that sort of community?? :)

Hey, i don't know about a "PT PHP Mongers" community , but i think that #php-help in the PTNET irc server would be a good place for that. Some of them really now their stuff. (Dont be afraid just cause it has 'help' next to the name :) )
